You are misinforming people.
Lets look at the example farm discussed above in Eyl, this is a satellite view of it:

This is very small scale farming, insignificant for all intents and purposes, zero commercial value.
Compare that to the farming communities of Beer for example (satellite image taken from the same distance):

Beer, a small town to the east of Burco has a higher agricultural output than the entirety of Puntland.
Another example is Gabiley, again the satellite image taken from the same altitude as the Eyl and Beer ones:

First of all nobody in this thread, at any point, said that this one farm in Eyl is a large farm or that it's producing a lot of food.
But you are itching to engage in some satellite photo war and I am not interested.
The fact is and remains that Puntland has made a huge push into farming and is selling produce to other Somali States. Running to google maps and zooming in and out will not change that.
