Yeah more need to be added, right now they bolster their numbers by registering untrained local militias. Depending on what region they are operating ie "Ahlu Sunnah" or Jubbaland Militias on the border with Kenya.

It'll come together, next is getting arms embargo lifted so we can get Helicopters/Ospreys to conduct surprise operations against Shabaaab.
