There's alot of moving parts in this, I would wait until Parliament approves to take it seriously.

There are no "steps" to democracy. Either you give people the ability to vote for their representatives (democracy) or you don't. In this case you don't, therefore there is no semblance of democracy here.

It’s not 80k voters. It’s around 30k which is barely an improvement from 2016’s 15k. 301 people will vote for between 1-5 seats
