Guyana was a poor country just 5 years ago until they pulled the oil out and made sure to manage it well. Now look at where they are. Is Somalia going to pull the same management as Guyana and distribute the oil to the country? or would it be catastrophic to Somalia?

It shouldn't be extracted when hsm is still ruling Somalia or else he's going to make bargain deals with countries that see us more worthless than a snail. I fear the next leader will be either on the same level as hsm or worse and will extract the oil and make Somalia turmoil. Al shabab is still present. If we don't have stability within the next couple of years our country could go Congo route.
