Somalia Political Region Boundaries

How is it Somalia which is essentially the size of Texas has 18 states? The whole continent of America has 50? Puntland seems like the only reasonable one covering 750 kilometers from Bosaso to Galkayo with 2.5 states. Someone needs to check into Somalia political regions. Political borders is man-made. In Australia, your dealing with a whole continent and it's only 6 states and 2 territories. This is a whole continent. Somalia qabil based borders needs to end. Beletwayn to Kismaayo one region. There is absolutely nothing different geographically when you travel from beletwayne and kismaayo, you still think your in the same region.

Beletwayn and above till Zaylac should be another region, it looks identical the geographic scenery, I am not sure what reason was used to justify so many states. 2 states is enough for Somalia as a whole. Southern and Northern province delimiting based on the beletwayne river as the geography and culture changes on either direction of that river. From those two regions, we should have 'province' and 'districts' and that's it.

You can't take this estimations right when they can't even 'fudge' figures properly. Galkayo Hamar is 700 kilometers and Bosaso to Galkayo is 700 kilometers. Why is the 'land mass' calculated differently? Galmudug/Hirshabelle shouldn't be 144000 kilometers at all when Puntland is 132,000 kilometers for the same land mass. Looks like another 68 IQ nonsense lol. Somaliland is not nearly as big as that says and is smaller then Puntland land mass.
