Somali politics, security and the economy, will all be on the agenda next week at an international meeting in Brussels where the Somali Government and its partners will be looking for ways to enhance peace and development across the Horn of Africa country.

The Somalia Partnership Forum will bring together representatives of the EU, Somalia's neighbours, international donors, the AU, the UN, the World Bank and other international and regional organisations. The aim of the Forum is to follow up on earlier commitments and contribute to continued close cooperation and support for Somalia's development.

Somaliland is voiceless at the Somalia Partnership Forum. No-one care as long as it is just talking. Nothing happens when they ignore Somaliland or lie to them, simply because they have no power on that platform.

Like anything will come out of it this time for Somalia, except for some more money in someone's pockets. Bussiness as usual.

Faysal Cali Waraabe has arrived in Brussels, Belgium to take part in the High Level Partnership forum co chaired by Sweden and Somalia.

He has been welcomed by Somalia‘s ambassador to the EU Fiqi.

Somalia’s problem isn’t in Brussels. Everyone know it is in Somalia. The meeting is about what Somalia can do for EU and America. How Somalia will keep its terrorists, pirates and refugees away. And how we can return those who already is in Europe. They will negotiate over the price.

Von you know the money that funded all the projects in the past years materialised from this conferences.

The Finance minister signed a $20 million grant with the World Bank. Everything is financed by these donors apart of few 'do it yourself'.

The political progess is up to the Somalis. Puntland is 20 years old yet it has to achieve one man one vote.

Abdiwali Gaas promised that in his firstbtwo years he will hold local elections and that at the end of his term there will be one man one vote elections.

After nearly five years nothing happened. He had support to implement it but it he did not the intended funds were abused and it stalled.

The EU cannot pay and deliver all this projects and implement political progress to.
