Somaliland doesn't depend on aid as the south we have proven that for the last 20 years Mogadishu regime is trying to use the international community to subjugate somaliland. Personally I believe the international community would not allow to be used for that purpose. They will continue to support somaliland. Final decision it is with them not Mogadishu regime.
