Somalia Needs Generational Politics

Somalia needs to follow the Puntland model of generational leadership, before u come seek power, have prior experience in a field, master it, contribute to it, horta adigu as a person is hagaaji iyo aqalkaga before u discuss our common home. Don't come to politics unprepared. We need to adopt generational politics.

Tthe Independence SYL generation their now gone out of the scene. Siyad Govt Generation are converting to Isimo(baby boomers), they are still around in politics(senate) but their time is coming to an end. Siyad Student Generation are now in power(Gen X).

Next is Gen Y(Warlord generation and diaspora born Somalis start here) this is my generation. Mellenials(Terrorist generation) is to follow us. We need to lay a solid foundation for the generation after us to move from.

Let's agree every generation is(25 years), you got 5 presidencies to do something

Gen Y is my generations lets adopt 'reason n intellect' framework, let's not inherit Gen X hadal, feelings, bullets politics that heads nowhere. We r the warlord generation and first diaspora, we should know better and we should agree to hand something better to mellinials, unlike wat we inherited.

Our awowe were independence generation, they did something, but our father generation handed us nothing but shame, let's reform from this path and not pass something worse to mellenials.

The local Gen Y are from warlord generation, without us it will be disastrous what they will hand to mellinials and local mellenials are even worse terrorists. Diaspora is the key to keep these ppl in check but we must not take their dal jog positions but provide back-door advice. It's not fair they live there, not us, lets not follow in Gen X spirit in that matter, so lets agree on that

Siyad generation gave us clan n warlords, the kids who studied under him gave us terrorist. Mellenials r linked to siyad student generation, where gen y r linked siyad generation. Our grandfathers didn't do any fault tho, the independence generation, who r all but dead now.
