Somalia/Somalialand authorities should shoot anyone in the head that tries to propagate and organize themselves along clan lines, or even casually mention clan in conversation. Somalis only understand and fear the qori and the government should use the qori as the only solution to the clan problem.

The same should be done with corruption and all crimes and anything morally wrong, like littering. I think the only solution is to shoot people in the head for people to straighten up. There really is no other alternative in a place like Somalia. Give one warning to everyone and a 3 month education/grace period to get it through their heads and then just shoot them after 90 days to make an example out of them.

The issue here is you’re giving guns to other Somalis and telling them to shoot at their own discretion.

The better way than this is just to implement sharci so for example the hand goes if you steal or lashing slanderers or stoning adulterers. And i would not feel worried in such an administration because a functioning member of society shouldnt be doing any of that in the first place

And through this your qori discipline method is made islamically valid. The shuyuukh should deal with the punishments because i cant trust at this point any so called "democratic government" in the somali peninsula
