The only thing that unites Somalis is a foreign enemy and the government does not use this opportunity to put the country under it's control and jurisdiction.
Kenya, Ethiopia should be used as they use us to unite their people

But that takes effort to unite a savage population like the Somalis and with the country in disarray, cadaan will continue hand feeding them. Once their time is over, they retreat to some nice villa in Qatar or Turkey. They do not care about Somalia
