Somalia is struggling to pay the SNA in Lower Shabelle. The soldiers are close to leaving the army bases because they can't pay for their home expenses.

Now if they leave from those bases Al Shabab will capture them.

What are they doing with the millions of dollars in aid they get . Surely security is the most important thing in the south.

Of course N&N supporters will somehow find a way to spin this.
