Somalia is more a continent than Europe is its own continent, prove me wrong?

Europeans are so full of shit, they are Asian, the fact they made their own race, by color, but indians & chinese (different color) are considered the same race just annoys me to no end.

Somalis are not the same as west africans, yet being "african" or even "black" leaves allot of open questions as to what race/ethnicity accounts.

Somalis are black and African. We fit with the sub-Saharan description. Afro hair, dark skin and thick lip. We just don’t have the same facial features or phenotype as west Africans. They have more of a wider or stronger features (beautiful but different just like other Africans).

Coming back to your post op: white people giving social racial labels to minorities is bad. White, black and Asian is a ridiculous racial social construct that needs upgrade. We’re not power rangers. But I kinda understand why it’s complicated sometimes. The West never had this much people in their society since 1960’s and 80’s when minority had vocal and social rights.

Should Germanic and Arabs be considered the same hence the Pale Skin, Straight Hair and their Regions being a lot closer than the Somali Peninsula is to West Africa?

I do agree with where you’re coming from. Black is very vague. And Somalis deserve to identify as only Somali.

I don’t care what Somalis call themselves beside them dictating one another. You’re free to call yourself Somali only. Because that’s your origin. So it’s cool. And I don’t care. Somalis kinda fit through the lens of black features. Afro hair, dark skin and thick lips.
And some Somalis don’t have thick lips. But I do.
And again I do agree black is vague and Somalis and other Africans don’t need to identify as black strictly. Somalis are black (Afro people).
