DRC is a major country the eastern parts are very similar to Rwanda Tanzania Uganda etc they speak swahili in those areas also it’s the most resource rich nation in Africa anybody would welcome them that’s why they were allowed to join because of cultural ties and economic potential Somali truckers and businessmen are already present in the DRC in places like lubumbashi and Goma and obviously a few in Kinshasa

The DRC could be a significant power if it had the right leadership and political/economic structures

South Sudan's oil has not really benefited our people; virtually none of the proceeds goes to the population, however, in the event that the refinery and pipelines get shut down... the danger would be that the Generals couldn't be paid off, and that would likely trigger wars

Outside the oil industry, no geological survey has been conducted in South Sudan since the late 70s, early 80s, so we don't have a picture of our mineral wealth just yet
