The Libyan warlord Khalifa Haftar just got awarded the "Political Courage Prize" in France. The dude bombed Tripoli residential areas for 14 months. Over 13 mass graves were found in small cities around Tripoli after his forces fled in defeat. The graves included whole families including small children.
A quarterly French magazine has awarded Libya's Khalifa Haftar its "Political Courage Prize", a decision the director attributed to the warlord's "decisive fight" against alleged Islamist terrorism.
