But who are the market ? considering how little the average person in Xamar makes. Another thing don't you think its weird this Syrians has not fled Xamar due to all the terror bombings ? why not go down at the coast to Tanzania ?

The average Somali carries way more money than the average Tanzanian. On top of that Tanzania already has educated people that can do the jobs that these Syrian doctors and dentists are doing in Mogadishu.
