Syrian Food is top in the middle east. If you never ate a Syrian Shawirma, then you never tasted a real shawirma.

I eat Somali at home when I’m in Mogadishu all the time. When I am outside my taste buds want to try something different.

It’s one thing to identify with Arab, irrespective of what other Somalis think. But what did Somali-Bantus and Barwanis do to you to want to deport them (natives to Somalia and your fellow Somalis) and replace with foreigners?!?!

Good to hear my people are treating them good. 1300 Syrians in Mogadishu alone ? that is actually a lot of people. Syria welcomed a lot of Somali refugees in 1991 we are just returning the favour. Yes I have always heard the weather was exceptionally good in Xamar due to the winds from the Indian Ocean that cools you down. But still very bizar why on earth will you come to Somalia ? there is nothing when it comes to quality of life, but yeah they are welcome and should stay as long as they want. Don't hope they have to get all kinds of paper to stay in the country.

There is money to be made in Mogadishu. You can find millionaires in Xamar. In the west that is non existent among the Somalis diaspora.
You are actually right, 33 years in the western diaspora and the best among us have an education degree and a middle class life but not big money.
I also guess Somalis dont harass foreigners the same way they will had done it in Kenya. In some ways we are sophisticated people
