Nothing new here folks , just came across this video a few weeks ago , saved it and now i came across it again and i cried all over again. This young somali guy is appealing to some .... government officials? i'm not sure his story is so sad wallahi and it shed light on how far somalia has truly fallen on all aspects of quality of life. Even government workers aren't saved or accounted for , basically "non-official human shields" .
