Uranium is one of the most sought after elements on earth, generally being the worlds supply for nuclear energy. Although there’s no current uranium ore mines in Somalia, it is predicted that has one of the highest deposits in the world.

Mining uranium with the lack of oversight and regulation the country has at the moment will only lead to disaster, a few will get rich but you'll see an uptick in cancer related issues as well.
