Why would they have to apologize? In war you kill or get killed. Somalia works with Russia and Ethiopia today, why turn your back on Cuba?

Cuba joining that war was on the request of the Russians anyway. I don’t see how people can welcome Russia and hate on Cuba, their Soviet puppet at the time. They were the real power in us losing that war. Even ignoring Cuba and Russia, like you say we’re on decent terms with Ethiopia nowadays too.

We should take advantage of Cuba’s healthcare and education. They have great knowhow to do this under strict financial sanctions too.
