The FGS can’t stand a ground to face Ethiopia even if it wanted to because it has FMS leaders that will rush immediately if they had a call from Addis.
I still astonished that FMS leaders can do high level diplomatic meeting without any Foreign office involvement.

If some FMS don't want a FGS that's strong enough to rule them then I don't know what can be done? In any case we must only resolve political disputes in a peaceful manner

FMS cannot have foreign relation, I have not seen anything in the constitution where that is stipulated, its not even in a grey area, also the recent Baidoa agreement further cements this fact, there is no relations between FMS and foreign nations without FGS.

If the zoo animals do not respect the constitution, there is little the FGS can do, in essence we can brand them spoilers and with IC agreement isolate them and force them to yield.
