Aesthetics isn’t going to be a top priority maybe when everything is more stable. I have some ideas

Yes tackling terrorism, poverty is the main priority after thst it should be aesthetic and good image. Yes that's how I want all of the capital to look like

We have a lot palm trees in Massawa Assab and Asmara

The acacia tree seems more of a somali heritage than imported palm trees
