Speakers agree that Somalia as country not ready yet. Must before reaching one vote one voice elections steps to build it.

First: build the councils, Puntland start to do it about 4 years now still all 9 gobols not finished.

Second: make local elections start from: 1- village then 2-city then 3-gobol then 4-federal state last election will be National elections.

Third point came from Mr.Maxmuud. for the current elections continue for another 10 years its ok if the coming Federal Governments commit to the nation to work one vote one voice as clear plan as Government represent Somalia not as governor of Xamar.

Of-course there was another point they mention it, but let us be honest here. Somalia is not ready for it unless we free Alkabab & ISIS and start doing one vote election from the village.
