The Turks are helping HSM.

Let's see if they actually deploy a drilling ship and spend the 100millions to drill the wells. So far I see the Turks building hype for HSM.

The turks have the black sea which is producing gas and they can find more and are off the coast of libya that is already producing massive amounts where they have similar deal with Libyan government. The turks have better options than Somalia.
