The budget in 2021 was far below the projected budget because of his election delays. Nearly all funding was risked this year too.

However I will say at least he followed international finance advice and continued the reforms from previous presidents and the IMF scheme during his term which allowed us to quadruple the budget he inherited.

Domestic tax revenue is the 3rd lowest in the world excluding countries with a population less than 1 million.
