I think they divest because they don't like Somali culture and the responsibilities it puts on Somali girls. They want to escape that and therefore believe marrying ajnabi will help them do so.

I tend not to care what other people do with their lives. If they want to copy western women, then let them. Look at how feminism and male hatred worked out for the west.
