i’m asking this because i heard us somalis have small wrists

I just measured mine and they’re 8.1 inches they don’t look big at all just about average.

You can tell early on how big your wrist will be based on your frame. My father's side has big frames (the kind that get fat rather than skinny) that means my wrist is lightly bigger, one of my 4 brothers took after my mom's side and has a small frame.

Honestly i feel like it's 50/50 but some tribes have bigger frames, others are taller and others are smaller in frame. Having smaller wrists is better for bodybuilding as it makes the forearms look huge and also means a lower risk of having diabetes, so don't feel so bad. It's over rated any way, most of it is fat and a few mor inches of bone width.

Genetics is weird like that.
