Pretty sure 4c is the hair that looks like cumboolo scattered on the head, kinda like dots.I had a Kenyan tutor with that kinda hair as a kid in Nairobi,i remembering asking the guy why his hair looked like dots dont judge me I was genuinely curious.Im yet to see a somali with that type of hair.

Both of you are wrong. Somalis have 2 a - 4 a. The spectrum is quite large while many are in the 3s.
