Is street food culture even a thing in London? When I was there couple of years ago there wasn’t many options.

You did’t see Street Food in London because the government and local councils are the biggest thieves. They don’t like street food because they cannot charge hefty taxes, bs fines, and require them to operate with a million licenses.

The result is that specific markets and areas only sell street food using a license so you need to know where to look.
