This is a good idea, I just listened too it because it was about productive topic. We need a stock-exchange. There are many Somalis with like 50k sitting in bank accounts who cannot open a business with that sort of funds, plus their are some Somalis who don't want to dedicate the hours needed for they're own business. A Somali Stock exchange is a perfect answer for these people.

You can purchase shares of a corporation and at the end of the year wait for your 'profit' based on how many shares you own. If this really picks up, it will mean there will be many start-ups possible in Somalia who will present they're business idea and then ask for investors. These investors then can create share-holders in the future once the business idea has become successful.
