Somali shops reopen in Cape Town

So the shops had to close because gangs were extorting them. But then the community suffered as families couldn't do their regular shopping. The gangs had to beg them to reopen.

Meanwhile some South Africans will tell you Somali shopkeepers should be kicked out even though it's clear the people living in these communities rely on Somali business.
