Are Somali militias organizational capacity so bad, that mobilizing 10-15k men with Ak47s, Teknikos and RPGs and going town to town that difficult? Shouldn't be difficult to ensure AS atleast don't control land outright.

Will usa and European donates jet fighters and tanks to Somalia like they did to Afghanistan before Taliban takeover. If I remember correctly they donated thousands of fighting vehicles and some light anti insurgents planes.
