i am the source. I've been there and you can't walk around alone in broad daylight without fear. its normalized and hidden to the point where the blame is on YOU for wandering around alone day or night. when it happens the women hide it our of shame, and the men get away without and continue on and to look for another victim. the MANY we do here about doesn't scratch the surface.
