Man those are some unique and bad ass looking officers uniforms. One thing I always like about the Americans is how they make sure everything related to their military or symbolic of their country has an ‘iconic’ design element to it, which can easily be adapted for the silver screen and photography.

The first line of defence are undercover agents gathering data and detecting planned attacks against the president.

The second line of defence are heavily armed, specially trained soldiers with mine resistant vehicles; these guys form a large protective ring, eliminating armed threats and clearing roads. The whole military can be lumped into this line of defence.

The last line of defence are bodyguards in suits and ties and hidden pistols.

I wasn’t trying to imply that the Somali officers were in the US, but tried to highlight how Americans always take ‘cool’ pictures to represent their military, and have an entire department dealing with aesthetics and Hollywood. Somalia should have a similar department.

If they started taking these sort of pictures of Somali soldiers standing next to their APCs or their new helicopters taking off above them, it changes perception.

Somalis has no taste wlhi, they even destroyed the mosque in Xamarweyne thats 100s of years old with a blue color
