This is good in the short term. It will allow the economic development of Somalia to flourish as we can begin to power factories , buisnesses etc.

Once we are able to begin a manufacturing base with electric power we can build our own grid system. Right now Somalia needs electricity to grow and Ethiopia Somalia relations are the best they have been.
