CULTURE Somali Pottery and its Affiliations

A friend and I came across a source a while back that had Somali pottery as being part of the Atbai Ceramic Tradition, but I can't for the life of me relocate it. Jebel Mokram, some Pan-Grave and even Lower Nubian folk had pottery of the same tradition, so you can see why it's important to have this conversation.

Has anyone come across differing opinions? Anything at all on Somali pottery? I'm not talking about the sewn basket thingies used for camel milk, but actual pottery a la Buur Heybe. I wonder if Buur Heybe pottery itself derives any techniques from stone age aqualithic East African pottery from way before our arrival too. Would be cool to have something local going back that far.
