Somali Population Census Variable

I just got updated by my father of a key 'variable' I forgot to include in my assessment of population. I am using the following mechanism

1. Lineages to estimate each 'reer' by observing one 'reer size' and working out an 'averaging' of max to low
2. Nomads and 'camels', dams, water wells, etc. This is where I am interested as 60% of the population is here according to GDP. My dad said per person 10 camels ayaa lagu 'qiyaasa' waagi hore in PL, he didn't mention the quantity of sheep or goat as he said noone used to count that.
3. Cities, Villages, Neighborhood
4.. Soldier size can be estimated of the over-all population. Somalia had 60k soldiers according official estimates that means 1 million people in the 70s

I got a number of mechanism to 'run' numbers by and compare for 'accuracy' it's pretty good methodology for estimations outside of census. It's also a good methodology to 'confirm' census isn't out of range on the 'estimates'.

The variable I forgot that my father told me back in his day 1 family owned '10' properties and some owned more. He said I owned 5 properties. So just because there is more houses in a city doesn't mean there is more people, it's the same person who has multiple properties.

We need a damn 'census' in Somalia, this idea to 'estimate' population on 'city size' on satellite only is absolutely incorrect when 1 person can own 10 properties, doesn't mean 10 houses have 10 families. I want @Samaalism to stop lying to people and especially to @Bohol who seems to get fooled by this little 'sacad muse'.

War most of Hargeisa is owned by 100 families my dad said 'wa dad yar yihin' waa 'xoolo' yar yihin, waa langaab 100 kilometer ku xiran. He said jilib omar mahmoud ba ka badan sida farah shirwac. He said reer mahad is HY, reer khalaf waa habar jeclo, reer hirsi is habar awal. He said farah shirwac ayaa ku filan Isaaq. I am starting to think this is the case now knowing all those houses in Hargeisa could be 200k population and the same families owning multiple properties.

Bosaso is way larger then hargeisa, 5 times. Bosaso is no longer the third largest city according to my father he said people are everywhere, in hargeisa no PPL, NO JAM, 200 FAMILIES ONLY WITH PROPERTIES. In other words their all oromos renting them houses loooooooooool.

City census must break it down on local, migrant, clans in each city. Bosaso is safe as the IDP are designated a 'separate' neighborhood, unlike Hargeisa they live inside the houses, if they left, hargeisa is 100k maybe 100k of HY/cidgale/HJ. The rest are 'migrants' who work there and obviously 'rent' those houses, they cannot be counted in 'census' since they are not citizens and can't vote. Isaaq is tiny, no wonder they hide under dhulbahante.

Hamar also needs the same formula because it's so mixed but 'half' is abgaal, that is reality I remember in 99. Halfka kale is HG/Murusade/Banadiri/Madow. Murusade/HG is larger then Banadiri/Madow. So you can assign 10% to them. 30% of Murusade/HG. 10% other somalis. That was back in 99

Hamar better be 'counted' according to clan and also how many houses are rented out to non hawiye. We must also 'account' for people who have properties across the nation
