nah Thabit isn't a military general or police commissioner, its not his job, especially in Somalia a failed state, Thabit is young and proactive he achieved many great things in xamar and built many roads and hospitals/schools etc,.,, Not only that but he is actually involved in city planning/expanding. He is also a staunch supporter of a centralized government and is a proud nationalist.

Centralised government from let me guess...Xamar? The same city he's the mayor of. Genius.
