In an ideal world yes. But we are talking about failed state that has been completely destroyed and is being held back by power hungry greedy people. You have to have the best of what you have do the best they can. Otherwise no point in having hospitals

Just earlier today I remember reading about the journalist who was arrested for disclosing corruption int the distribution of ventilators. I was thinking "does anyone in Somalia even know how to intubate?"

They sent 20 of those professionals to Italy becauwe apparently a first world country needed it more than them. Shows how near-sighted they are, just because they don't have a lot of cases yet they think they won't need the doctors in the future
I'm getting tired of these politicians not being able to think ahead.
