Somali police killing criminals in Eastleigh

I don't know how to feel about this. I would never support these kind of things in a country with strong justice system and efficient law enforcement, but when a country is corrupted and law enforcement is weak then sometimes drastic measures bring benefit at least for a short while. I remember reading from somewhere that after these and other killings of gang members, many Superpower gangsters went into hiding and left Eastleigh.
