I know there is no season three, but it won't stop me from watching it, gives me a visualisation of what the world was like back then.

How do I hold a L for this? :ohreally:
:birdman::what: Because it's not normal? The best thing about fiction series is the plot, character development, and the anticipation of how the story will end/turn out...and in this instance, it's been corrupted. You hold an L because you're engaging in something while fully aware you'll get no real closure...
It's like knowing with certainty that you and your Fiance are going to get divorced in 1 year's time...but still deciding to go through with the wedding and getting married anyway ['for the experience']. Not normal lol.

Maybe I desire having no closure when it comes to fictional pieces of entertainment, that way it leaves me space to contemplate on the various endings it could of had, it's wrong for you to assume that I'd be in it for the closure in the first place. :stopit:

As to your analogy, I disagree. It is rather like being served a small portion of a delicious dish, and once you're done with it, there lies before you many other variations of the same dish leaving you to come to your own conclusions. :ummhmm:

Because the story of Marco Polo and his presence in the court of Kublai is not entirely fictional and you know this dearie. :sass1:

Why wear the hijab when doing that, surely it is a culture and I'm not hating on that culture but there's nothing uplifting or praiseworthy about it.

Perhaps they should innovate something more meaningful than performing mating dances.

Who doesn't like closure??:farole: It's normal human instinct to seek it (so unless you're not a human being, no it's not wrong for me to assume).

And I disagree, my analogy makes more sense because there is no "once you're done with it [i.e 'the delicious dish']" because 'being done with it' implies closure. What would actually take place in that scenario , realistically speaking, is: you've ordered the restaurant special that combines several menu items to create a wholesome meal. You get the first couple of servings and are waiting for the rest when you're suddenly informed that they no longer have the rest of the meal/desserts/drinks for you and you can't do anything about it. You are left unsatisfied* (*the presence of this consequence is vital to the experience of watching cancelled TV shows).

What you're describing about 'little portions' and 'a variety of choices with some guiding'...is more akin to enjoying those "Choose Your Own Adventure" children's books (not sure if you Europeans had them, but they were really popular in North America in the 2000s). One's imagination intentionally combined with in-built choice variety.

Historical fiction/realistic fiction is still fiction. There's always documentaries and books(since you have a vivid imagination) that extensively cover Kublai Khan and the story of Marco Polo.:dabcasar:

Seems very primitive.

PDA (Public Display Affection) is becoming normal to them.Bal eeg siday iskugu dhagdhagayan and can't wait till the bedroom, awkward.:russ:

You don't understand women 'S mentality at that day, she is teasing all her enemies (ex fiancé, friends, people who called her ugly, old women who asked constantly when she will marry?) she is sending a message to them "HaHa I made it"
