In Short Mogadishu Agenda 4 PL is the following
1. Why is PL so advanced, we want it become like us in Hamar and chaotic
2. Mogadishu ppl are looters, the leaders r NGO looters, ciyaal weero/shabab/warlord every qashin exists there, they have no right to speak to PL.
3. The SFG is like an NGO shop front to do isbaaro on international aid, they don't leave behind anything positive for HAG, their only mission is to spread their dysfunction into PL.
4. The govt wants to build homes in dubai using somali people name and debt relief.
