Somali or Somalian?

I always correct people when they say Somalian.

It just doesn't sound right.

Somali is Ethnicity

Somalian = Somalia Citizens. only

If you are Somali from Ethiopia ,Kenya Djibouti.
you are not Somalian

They are Somali because they are citizens of Republic of Somalia, Are all somalis Clans have same Father called Somali? no
