We need federal state like khatumo to develop our areas which rich in oil.
Also, lot of our great grandfathers were killed or lost in that war. The wounds are fresh for us. You will hear stories of horror about that war. One time this dhulbahante woman had one son that was killed by British soldier. She waited couple of years and followed that soldier till she killed him and insisted on ripping his heart of his chest. Her family had to hide away to Adan where she married Yemeni there.

Somalia is a FEDERAL country, this means you have more control over your village/town's local affairs. Your IMMEDIATE leader is your FEDERAL President/Governor. The Federal Government has as much as the CONSTITUTION allows.

You're sounding more and more childish as you go along. Federalism doesn't work, especially if leaders of said state have the ability to undermine the central government. If you want to look at successful federalism, look at America. Collecting tax is good and all, supporting another foreign government isn't.
