You have multiple posts that talk about religion. All these posts defending salafis, complaining about sufis, accusing people of “slandering” a sheikh who has literally apologized for lying before & talking about “poisonous flesh” but now you want to say you’re not religious because you’re ashamed of getting called out for being a hypocrite? What double standards did you expose? Are the women in the comments saying they don’t care & telling her to take the vid down? Or are they saying they’ll share the vid & let others know? No sane person says “it’s a clean up for the community”. Lito is smart enough to understand that an ajanabi posting a video like that is embarrassing & mocking but you lack common sense which prevents you from comprehending this. I don’t need to look up the definition of hypocrite to know that someone who posts religious content then talks about girls he’s dated is a hypocrite. You “really dgaf” but posted a thread about it because? Femcels & incels are both irritating but there are no femcels with accounts dedicated to mocking dead Somali men (like incels did with Hodan Hashi) or mocking Somali men who are the victims of assault (like trolls did with Roda Osman). These are the same trolls who save the vids & photos random Somali girls post and then use it to attack them. Same trolls who lied about Somali girls who were the victims of a xenophobic attack which led to them getting hate & getting called racist just because of the lies these weird trolls spread about them. There isn’t a single group of women that are doing anything like this to men. I do agree that some Somali women online are quick to blame and insult all Somali men because of individual cases but are nowhere near as vocal when the perpetrator is non Somali. Then, it becomes more about the victim and the perpetrator becomes just an evil individual man with no blame directed at his ethnicity. Some even bring up Somali on Somali crimes to deflect.
I don’t blame Somali men for calling out this double standard but its wrong to do this on the page of a grieving mother. I believe that the case is still ongoing so she won’t understandably mention his identity or start ranting about his race. She has nothing to do with men and women fighting online and seems to be a positive person.
Anyways, AUN to our sister and May Allah grant her mother patience and justice for her daughter.
