Looking at the curvature of the magazine, and the general shape of it, its probably a black AKM with a picatinny rail and attachments.

AKs got the world largest after market, get a bunch of zenitco parts and attach them to a type 56 and youve got a rifle pretty competitive with most new ones.

I remember this being the reason the AK-12 had quite a lot of disappointments, it was hovering around the level of an upgraded AKM, which just reinforces how good the upgrade packs for them are.
