Yup. Somalis look similar, but you'll see some interesting quirks if you look hard.
I had a cousin in Hargeysa who swore she could tell the difference. Even @AbdiFreedom does qabil-based facial reading. It's not an exact science but it's extremely funny.

Some people claim Abgaals, and some Hawiye tribes (not all) have a high frequency of downturned eyes. You'll find it elsewhere too. Just look at HSM. It's charming in it's own way.
