Not really, never hear men from any ethnicity getting praised, usually focus is on women.

Had a Lebanese girl the other day tell me how Somali girls are so beautiful. It was very random, but you'll never hear someone say "Lebanese guys are so hot" or "Columbian men are sexy af" it's usually the women they're talking about.

Regardless of race at the end of the day if you're good looking you stay winning in every way. You're hooyo's favourite, plus people treat you better on average, and success with the opposite gender comes very easy. I thank Allah for making me light skin and giving me a symmetrical/pleasant face.
