Whilst cheaper weddings and Mehr is regarded as Barakah, I do believe that many African men exploit this coupled with a culture that doesn’t have high expectations of child support.

There is something seriously wrong with some of our men. I know I sound terrible, but their mentality is truly like the ghetto AA men who look up to the likes of Nick Cannon and Future. I’ve seen Somali men that have married and divorced and caused heartbreak and dysfunctionality and those men are met with laughter and promotion from other Somali men, hence my views don’t stem from the internet. Btw sis, this is beyond polygamy. Being with multiple women and staying married to them and providing for all is polygamy, but divorcing 16 women or more? Creating the breakdown of more than 16 homes? How is that acceptable and how can anyone that cares about the well-being of children firstly and women and society be okay with this?

I honestly think, Somali women need to start being cutthroat. Forced child support and higher financial obligations can be the only thing that curbs this. They need to be made responsible. Is a low IQ fool who has literally said I’m making assumptions about a man who at minimum divorced over 16 women! Hanif struggles with basic maths. That is a perfect example of marrying and divorcing.

Let’s delve into this further, this man has 22 children with 20 women showing on average he would divorce them after only having 1 child. He hardly actually had a proper family with them as he never had more than one child with each woman on average. But I’m meant to have Husn al Dhan and ignore the facts?
