no one is going to enforce them if we are being honest, they're just passing them so they can get Western funding. Happens all the time. I think many of these laws are "suggested" by the West.

The best laws imo are the sanctions bill, electricity, national ID and NISA.

Will make a huge difference allowing NISA to seize the property of suspected terrorists and the national ID to register everyone in the country and move to 1m1v. Also the electricity bill begins the process of state transmission which I assume will be supported by the World Bank. Should reduce prices over the long term for electricity.

The immigration bill is important too.
