What does it say about the state of Somalia if people are willing to endure abuse and humiliation in another country?

These are the youth that should be developing and building the country. Why isn't the government setting up businesses and initiatives to get these people to work? All that talent and xoog wasted.

For instance, employ these people to clean up the trash in Somalia. We have a beautiful land, in a strategically located place in the entire world, and nobody wants to live there (by that, I am referring to Somalis).

There are next to zero textile factories in Somalia, even though a textile factory would employ thousands of Somali men and women.

The government needs to invest hundreds of millions in electricity production within Mogadishu and then facilitate factories. People live on 100$ a month in Somalia, factories would offer jobs and increase export capacity.

Instead you see millions spent on roads and airports.
